Account access: use the password-reset option on the sign-in page. Never send your password or wallet private key to anyone claiming to provide support.\n\nDeposits: check the asset, network, deposit amount and status before sending funds. Network mismatches may result in irreversible loss. Do not send real money to a simulation address.\n\nWithdrawals: review the destination, fees and available balance. Requests may require manual review. Approval does not itself establish that an on-chain transfer has occurred.\n\nIdentity verification: review your submission status and any reviewer feedback. Resubmit only after rejection or a resubmission request.\n\nTrading sessions: inspect the market, duration and risk setting before starting. Simulation outcomes do not predict real returns.
