Controller identity, official privacy contact, retention periods, legal bases and jurisdiction-specific rights must be finalized before production onboarding.\n\nThe platform handles account details, transaction and session records, identity-verification details, uploaded documents and activity logs to operate accounts and review verification requests.\n\nIdentity documents are stored privately with permission-controlled access. Authorized reviewers may access submitted information to review an application. Never submit passwords, passkeys or wallet private keys as identity information.\n\nPayment and market-data services may process information needed to supply their services. Embedded TradingView charts can connect your browser to TradingView; consult that provider’s privacy policy.\n\nAccount sessions use browser storage. Do not use shared devices without signing out. No optional advertising analytics are described by this policy.\n\nRequests about access, correction, deletion or other privacy rights should be directed to the official privacy contact once published. Some records may need to be retained under applicable law; specific periods have not yet been configured.
